So often we think that men are the tough ones who are less emotional than women.I truly believe that this stigma is slowly fading away and compassion on both genders are finally put under the spotlight.
It’s not fair to presume that men have things under control in every aspect of their life because we then create this unattainable expectation to be and appear strong all the time.
Tears are not restricted to gender types and nor are emotions.
Yes, perhaps some show it more than others but either way one should never feel ashamed to speak how they feel.
Don’t suffer in silence.
Whatever it may be.. there will always be someone who is able to relate to you.. it may not be 100 % but it’s a start!
Break any ridiculous stereotypes!
