Feeling like I need to make changes in my life. I have been incredibly lazy and out of motivation. However, I think creating a new routine is the best step forward. Waking up at 11am and sleeping around 1 am is not healthy, and by the way taking several naps throughout the day just to pass time is not progressive.
I need a structure in my life. For the first time in a while I have an intention to actually wake up early. Let’s see- I’ve put the alarm with a nice ringtone around 7:30am.
I want to start putting more effort and less imagining things and stressing about stressors that may or may not happen in the future.
I think I nice bath tomorrow will do wonders!

Currently in lockdown because of Covid-19 pandemic.
I’m really looking forward to having this month go because winter isn’t my favourite month, my knees get terribly cold for some reason.
I love spring and summer.
